About the CDA

The Compression Dealer Alliance was formed to ensure that compression dealers have a clear, unified voice in today’s rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

We are part of a new advocacy group made up of professionals just like you, independent dealers who understand the daily challenges of serving patients while navigating Medicare requirements, reimbursement changes, and industry regulations.  Our mission is simple: to represent, protect, and promote the interests of compression dealers with Medicare and across the broader healthcare industry.

The Compression Dealer Alliance exists to advocate for fair policies, strengthen dealer representation, and foster collaboration among suppliers who are committed to quality patient care.  By coming together as one organized voice, we are better positioned to influence decisions that directly impact our businesses and the patients we serve.

Pam Ludwig, Owner and Founder of Pretty In Pink Boutique

Pamela Ludwig, RN

Board Member

After a professional nursing career working in Bone Marrow Transplant and Home Hospice, Pam founded Pretty In Pink Boutique, a DME in Tennessee focused on breast cancer care (in honor of her mother, Gloria Madry, who died of breast cancer) that later expanded into compression care; later founding Compression Care to serve customers nationwide when consolidation of the traditional medical supply industry left “care deserts” in rural areas. Compression is now the Ludwig family business. Joined by her husband and daughter, the Ludwigs recently added CompressionGURU.com in Colorado, and Just Like a Woman in Oregon. Pam is a sought-after speaker and product consultant who still prefers the fitting room to the Board room, and often lends her time and talents to forwarding the industry as a whole – actively participating in efforts to expand the access, affordability, and convenience of quality patient care no matter where they live.
bill-lobosco

Bill Lobosco

Director of Payor Relations

Bill began his career as a pharmaceutical sales representative with Johnson and Johnson, where he learned early the value of technical expertise and putting the clinician’s practice first. From Johnson and Johnson, Bill joined KCI Medical where he quickly rose through the ranks to become Regional Vice President of their Home Care Program. It was at KCI that Bill first entered into the DME/Homecare environment and gained the sophisticated management expertise that characterizes SunMED’s corporate services programs today. From KCI, Bill followed a mentor to MEDIQ PRN based in the Philadelphia region. As their Director of Business Development, Bill expanded into product development and the third-party payer arena. Bill founded SUNMED Medical Solutions in 2002 with his partner Jane Rinn. SunMED is a direct outgrowth of the clinician support philosophy and management acumen that has driven Bill’s success. Since 2002, SunMED has grown into a nationally recognized provider of advanced in-home medical equipment.

Together, our leadership team works to advocate for dealers, strengthen relationships with payors, and build a sustainable future for the compression industry.
